* Appearence:
Height and weight : 5' 1". Very light and slender but stronger than she looks as she fills out her frame. She is of Chinese descent and is starting to look cute. Her long hair is usually kept straight and free with an Alice band to secure it.
She also looks slightly older than her actual age but not by much.
Usually wears muggle casual styles when not in robes. Rarely seen in trousers or jeans.

* Heritage: Half-Blood
Family: Parents are Peter Chiang (hit wizard), Anabel Chiang (muggle, translator and homemaker). Both came from Hong Kong leaving the colony before the re-unification with China.
She has a brother named Michael who is a Gryffindor student.
She was orphaned on the 19th July 2008 when her parents were killed in a car crash. Her legal guardian is her aunt, Lian Chiang.
History: Lucy has a wizarding father (MoM hit wizard) and muggle mother (freelance translator) so therefore has taken the best aspects of the wizarding and muggle worlds. She’s a bit of a tom boy playing soccer with the girls (and boys) of her local area.
She had relatives in Hong Kong but rarely gets to see them. She is very close to her brother and she’s usually found with her head in a spell book when she’s not with friends and already knows most of the standard book of spells even if she can’t cast most of them yet.
Her first year at Hogwarts took place during the Thickness era ministry and although too young to join Dumbledore’s Army helped fellow housemates and her friends as best she could. She also was a reserve for the house quidditch team.
After the war ended Lucy like her brother elected to repeat their tainted school year.
The family has relocated to Ottery St Catchpole, Devon since the end of the war and life is slowly getting back to as normal as it can be since both her father and brother were badly hurt in the battle of Hogwarts.
This summer another bombshell hit the family as her parents died in an auto accident. Michael survived and Lucy now has to deal with another tragedy in her short eventful life.

* Personality: Quiet and subdued yet very determined even with the number of times fate has kicked her when she's down. Will do anything for a friend and sticks by you no matter what. She is also a very caring person who puts others before herself and is brave and courageous.
Also has a raging temper which go erupt quickly and cool down just as fast. Its partly formed from the feelings of revenge she has towards Slytherin boys round her age in general and can't act upon since she can't identify the ones who hurt her.
* Likes:Arsenal FC, quidditch (Chudley Cannons), chocolate, some muggle music
Dislikes:bullies, the nightmares she still gets from her year of hell while the school was controlled by the corrupted Ministry and the physical and mental abuse she suffered during that year.
