So...can a veela be turned into a vampire? I never thought about it before but is it even possible? I mean I don't know why not but if they can would they retain their veela magic on top of being immortal and stuff?

I would guess its possible. I used to gm D&D games and the monster manual of that period had vampires as a template you applied to the species they were.
I'd guess they'd lose magic like every other witch but I don't know about the fireball thing. I'm also guessing they'd keep the radiant beauty but lose the veela attraction and veela dance.

Hm. I'm not sure. I'm inclined to say yes - they are considered "part-human" or a variation on humans... both Muggles and Wizards can become Vampires, so I suppose Veelas can too.
However, upon being turned into a Vampire, they would lose all of their magical ability, the same as a wizard does. This rule also applies to stuff like pyrokinesis, hydrokinesis, empathy, etc... it's all lost in the process.
They would still be very beautiful, but there wouldn't be any magic associated with their beauty, if that makes sense. They would eventually turn quite pale as most vampires do.
