These days you'll find Satin living in Knockturn Alley since her room in the Hog's Head was destroyed along with the Inn. Above what used to be a Dark Arts shop you'll find her small flat which has all she needs even if its not in the most desirable of areas. The shop itself is unoccupied but the rent only applies to the living area that the owner would have used.
Satin is house proud and makes the best of this place. Heavy red curtains block out the daylight and above the fireplace is the tools of her trade. A pistol crossbow, a bigger rifle crossbow for longer ranged work and a long slightly curved dagger are the main visable tools of her trade when dirty work or self protection are needed but her wakazashi lies under her pillow or near her double bed so she can access it quickly.
She also had access to a small bathroom and the bedroom also extends into the main living area. Furniture is sparse and basic as she had an old overstuffed sofa, an armchair of similar state and a wooden table with three wooden chairs. A pair of hanging lanterns provide light to work by when she's doing paperwork as part of her known job.

Belle stormed up to an ex-Dark Arts store and walked inside. Thw whole room was empty, so thankfully that wasn't what she was here for. She walked into what must have used to be the back room where the store room was and walked over to a staircase. It looked slightly old, and a little burnt, but the ex-Hogwarts student paid no attention. She walked straight up the stairs to a ruich looking door. She shook her head, knowing she had come to the right place, and banged her first on the wood. "Satin!" She called out as loudly as she could. She needed to speak to the vampiress urgently - she had been waiting too long, and now it was a last-minute thing. "Satin! You better be in there!" She pounded on the door but stopped abruplty, realising if she hit it any harder she would make a dent.

As it turned out Satin was up and around but times being what they were the warning had given her a chance to load up her pistol crossbow and slip a dagger into her belt. Looking through the peep hole in the oak door she opened it slightly with a chain attached. She was wearing a red halter top with a knee length black skirt with slits for mobility and small heels she felt very comfortable in.
"If that really is you can you tell me who runs the sword training in my coven" was the question as a bit of Satin's pale face could be seen through the few inches of door that was open. She also had the crossbow ready to fire through the gap if it turned out it wasn't her lover. Just like the time of Voldemort's return you had to ask things like this since it was the only way to be sure. Polyjuice potions were too damn good to see through.

Belle sighed when Satin asked the question. She knew the answer, but she was a little hurt Satin couldn't tell it was her. But she didn't blame her - these days you couldn't be sure of anything. "Romana." She asnwered in a whisper so no-one else would hear. She had no worry that Satin wouldn't be able to hear her - she was a vampiress, after all. "Satin, it is I, I promise you." She muttered, pulling out her wand. She had no intention of hurting her lover, but if it wasn't actually Satin, she was best to be prepared. "It is now my turn. Which of my parents if a vampire?"

"Its your father Demetri my love" was Satin's reply. Now the formalities were out of ther way she opened the door to invite Belle in. She'd been a regular visitor ever since Satin had taken over the flat and they'd spent plenty of time in that double bed.
"Now whats the big deal?" Satin gently asked as her muggle clothes could be seen properly as well as the dagger she needed just in case.

Belle removed her beige trenchcoat and placed it on a hook beside the door. "I need to talk to you, Satin." Her tone made it obvious that the matter she wished to discuss was serious. She walked to the familiar bed and sat down, motioning for her lover to do the same. "Satin, I know the past two years have been tough. I haven't been visiting as much as I would like to, but my cause is worthy." Belle took Satin's hand in her own and stroked each finger in turn. She looked up to the vampiress' eyes, and wondered how to begin. It was something she had been meaning to tell Satin for a very long time, but everytime she tried to, something popped up and got in the way. But finally, after many attempts, the two were alone. And although they didn't have all the time in the world, they had enough time to discuss this matter. "Satin, two years ago I discovered where my loyalties lie. And that is with you. And with being with you, I am also loyal to those you are. And that includes Revan." After her short introduction, Belle launched into her explanation as to what she had been doing over the last two years.

After closing the front door over the lock clicked and they were safe in this crazy world at war.
Satin looked back into Belle's eyes and listened carefully. She loved the loving touches and she also knew how serious Belle was.
"I'm so happy you're with us Bella" she tenderly replied adding "Revan's the future of our species and other non-humans in this crazy time. I can also see you're ready to play a part." A tender loving kiss followed as she had missed Bella not being around as much. Fleeting visits didn't help their relationship but they still loved each other.
She had meant what she said. On one hand you had the ministry who thought Revan was a threat when you'd have thought they'd be working together against a common foe. Then you had the Death Eaters who would war on Revan and his supporters directly. They certainly didn't like what he was doing nor did they like him capturing those of their membership. Satin had even helped bring in said Death Eaters and that was the reason for her arsenal of weapons.

Belle sighed in relief. She hadn't been sure whether to expect Satin to disagree with her doings or not. Although Belle knew Satin would support her with almost whatever she did, this had been the only possible exception. But thankfully Satin had been thankful of Belle's actions.
"My love, you don't know how pleased I am that you approve." She said simply, stroking Satin's jaw with her fingertips. "It has been so difficult, dreading this moment. But I see now there was no point in worrying."
Belle frowned for a moment, then moved closer to her loverand gave her a brief but affectionate hug. "Satin, I was wondering if it would be possible for you to introduce me to Revan?"

Accepting the hug which showed a lot of affection Satin felt familiar feeling arise. It had been too long since their last time sharing a bed and these little touches made her want her lover as soon as possible.
"I can introduce you to him" was her affectionate reply "but first I have to get a message to him and await a reply. Unless you can send a talking patronus of course".
A patronus couldn't be traced by the ministry like an owl or other magical messages could be and she daren't contact him directly. She suspected the ministry was watching the known places he could be found. Paranoia wasn't just restricted to wizarding folk or the MLE.

[OOC: Sorry, writers' block :s ]
Belle pulled out her wand, gave it a quick swish and made a high-pitched whistling noise. "I've never been tought a patronus messenger, but I can do this." After few seconds a confused looking owl appeared in the middle of the room. It hooted and flew up onto Belle's waiting arm. She raised a letter she had written whilst waiting for the bird to its beak, and it responded by grabbing it greedily. The bird blinked twice at Belle, waiting for her dismissing whistle. She smiled, gave it permission to leave, and watched it disappear in a small gust of wind.
"He should be here shortly, unless he is currently busy." Belle informed Satin as she sat back down and kissed her lovers neck.

A pleasureable shiver ran through Satin as she felt the kiss on that sensitive part of her body. "You have no idea how much I've missed that" Satin purred . She pulled Belle in close to her as they fell back on the bed. Belle also had a huge advantage over her by still being able to cast magic but now they were on the same side she knew she'd be a huge asset to the cause.
She also knew Revan might not be that long depending on how long the spectral swan took to find him and if he wasn't busy.

Belle silently agreed with Satin as she rolled the vampiress slowly and gently onto her back, kissing her passionately. She allowed her right hand to grip the woman's waist, and her left hand to slowly caress Satin's left breast. Belle wished so much that the vampiress' chest wasn't clothed, but she knew if they started now, they wouldn't stop for hours - and Belle didn't want Revan's first sight of her to be her making love with Satin.

"mon amour I love you" Satin purred as she returned the loving kisses. Belle would find she had a slicon bra on (since you really couldn't wear a normal one with a daring halter top like the one she had on). It was also true that once they started making love they carried on for hours or the entire night.
Satin knew they couldn't play properly as a result but they would have chances soon enough. This was enough for now.

Belle lay her hand in Satin's and gazed into her eyes. "I love you too, Satin." The ex-student was entirely content to le there with her lover until Revan arrived. It would give her time to think about what she would say to him. the whole thought of finally meeting the vampire was taunting and a thought suddenly occured. "Satin, my love..." She whispered, looking at the roof. "What if he doesn't accept my proposition?"

Satin wasn't sure what would happen if Revan didn't accept her. She wasn't privvy to all the secrets he had even as a close agent of his but she had a feeling she would be accepted.
"I don't know my love but I hope he does. We need people like you given whom we're up against" Satin reassuring replied. With the MLE on one side and the Death Eaters on the other it sometimes felt she might end up being in the middle of a sandwich some day. She still had faith in the cause and in Revan and that was enough to reassure her when she had doubts.
