I've been thinking lately of signing up Wizarding Redefined for some Google Ads.
This is something that used to be a big source of traffic to the old site. I know it can be effective, but it's costly; you're looking at at least $30/month for anything worthwhile.
I'd be willing to put a bit into that, but ultimately I don't have that kind of money laying around to keep that going on my own for too long. I'm putting this out there as an expression of interest, as to whether anybody would be so kind as to contribute to this. I want to at least test for a little while it to see if it yields any results for us, even with a smaller budget.
Would anyone be interested or able to participate in this? It could be a really really good thing for the site (once Hogwarts is up and running again of course).
This is more of a conversation at this point, but if you're eager, you can donate securely to me through PayPal. Of course, anything I receive from you guys is going to go straight to those ads, and if it doesn't I'll gladly return it to you. I'm not out to make money here (if I was I'd totally be in the wrong business
