No that's stupid...good rpers should be rewarded...I think that if the mods want to reward each other for good rp then they should be able to. I suppose it is extra work to be posting in a thread, but I don't see why anyone would complain about a mod having a couple of points anyway, so you shouldn't have to explain your reasoning. The only was I can see someone complaining is if a mod has a ridiculus rp skill like 15 or something..

Perhaps it should be treated like a grading system or something. Everyone starts out with a certain amount, but as you 'underperform', it gets lowered. Likewise, for 'extraordinary' post or something, the rp'er would get extra credit or something...

...wait a sec, i just read what I wrote... let me clarify. Why not everyone give their opinion of the RPer after/during a roleplay on a scale or something... (-10 -- 10? 0 - 10?) And taking the average of those scores = RP skill. If the mods want a more powerful influence on it, then why not make their opions/comments worth 3-4x the normal amount or something.
And to avoid skill spamming, make it so each account can only have one vote per week or something.

I dont understand quite what you are saying... and I would personally rather keep the system the same as it is, and just a simple little thing, but that doesn't mean I'm not open to it.
And fyi, RP Skill as it is now is a scale. You start at 0, but you can go into negative numbers as well.

I think the system is fine the way it is. I also think that the mods should be allowed to rate each other and each others characters. I mean, there is little point to being a mod with good skill and not getting acknowledged for it simply because you're a mod.
