Ah, a classic from ye olde TWOM.

Start at 25. Every time a girl posts, put the number down one. Every time a guy posts, put the number up one. Once it reaches 0, the girls win, once it reaches 50, the guys win.

No double posting, multiple characters, etc. Keep track of how many times each gender has won.
