---BACKGROUND---

Family: Saine' and Robserine Domiego (both deceased)
Siblings: Estellien Domiego (deceased)
History:
Issak was born to wealthy French wizard family in 1201. Like most French families of the time, the Domiego family was heavily religious and devout. Issak was by far the most pious child of the Domiego's yet, and was rapt with the Crusades. So when a shepherd boy called Stephen approached King Louis of France, claiming to have been tasked by Jesus Christ to form a Crusade of Children to re-claim the Holy Land, Issak was one of the first to join and was the only wizard to survive the perils later in the Crusade. Over several thousand children formed at Vendôme, ready to march to the Holy Land. But Stephen promised them the Mediterrean Sea itself would part for their holy cause, like the Red Sea had for Moses, so the Crusade made its way to the French port city of Marseilles.
While the Crusade marched, Stephen traveled in a colorful wagon with a canopy for shade and cushions for comfort, while walking peasant children died because of the unusually hot summer, and the lack of supplies during the drought. Issak was one of the noble children who rode on horses and surrounded Stephen, but the young wizard was disgusted with the Shepherd, and how the other Children treated him as a Saint, and acted like clips of his hair or shards of his clothing were sacred items and revered them. Finally though, they reached the Marseilles. But the Sea did not part. The Children camped all over the city, draining its scarce resources, until finally two merchants offered to carry them free of charge, for the glory of God, to Palestine with their vessels. Issak was skeptical, but Stephen quickly accepted the offer. The Children's Crusade finally left France, heading for what they believed was glory and a eternity in heaven.
After a few days they ran into bad weather and two of the ships were wrecked on the island of San Pietro, off the south-west corner of Sardinia, and all the passengers were drowned. The five ships that survived the storm found themselves soon afterwards surrounded by a Saracen squadron from Africa; and the passengers learned that they had been brought there by arrangement, to be sold into captivity. Some were sold in Bougie, on the Algerian coast, but the rest were taken to Alexandria, in Egypt, where the Governor of Egypt bought them to work in plantations, except the few learned ones. The Governor held a fascination for Western languages and culture, and took the educated children into his service, with no attempt made to convert them. Issak lived comfortably for about a year, before he was picked out by the wizards of the Egyptian court. He became a sort of Apprentice, and was used to mock the Franks, while he learnt their magic. Finally, as a reward for good behavior, he was taken to an ancient tomb so he could study it. Unbeknown to him was that the Egyptian Wizards were using him as bait to capture what they believed was a reincarnated Pharaoh sealed inside a tomb. They were terribly wrong.
As Issak was wandering alone, a dark and tall shape staggered up to him, blood pouring out of a wound on its neck. Before the young wizard could react, the figure bit him, then died. Issak was thrown into a coma-like state. When he awoke, the Frank was bound to a metal table, thick iron chains holding him down. The body of the creature that bit him hung above him and the Egyptian Wizards surrounded him, asking him questions, studying him. Slowly, physical and mental changes became apparent. He would only eat meat, and was much stronger and faster. Finally, the Egyptian Wizards lowered their guard, and Issak escaped.
He soon discovered the sun burnt him more fiercely than nature allowed and was forced to travel at night, finally arriving in Damietta. He settled in the city, becoming a beggar and thief. He found out, soon enough, that he hungered for blood. He feasted often and richly, and could hide in the flocks of the poor. When the Seventh Crusade came and King Louis took the city in 1249, Issak had already concluded that he had been bitten by a age-old vampire in the ancient tomb and was skilled at pursing his prey. When King Louis was beaten back to France in 1254, Issak traveled with him. He hid undercover with his family for a time, studying what he could about vampires, until they discovered him. The Domiego's shunned him, and stripped Issak of his name and inheritance, and a wizard vampire hunt followed soon, forcing Issak to flee France in 1256. Issak traveled the world, from then on, heading to Hamburg, London, Prague, Venice, Milan, Rome, Genoa, Naples, Damascus, Jerusalem, Antioch, Athens, Minsk, Alexandria, Constantinople, witnessing a number of historical events.
Very early in his travels, Issak realized the oppressive nature of humans and their mistreatment of non-humans. Shedding himself of his human name, and has moved from country to country, each time with a different goal in mind and a different name. Most of the time he succeeds because he sets his goals low. He is responsible for the vampire abundance in Minsk and Transylvania, the slaughter of the Greek Vampire Hunter Association, the murders in Alexandria of 1829, the Constantinople Prison Breakout of 1901, The Prague Werewolf Plague and much more. He has recently moved to Britain from Istanbul, with bigger goals in mind, under the name Revan Haine. The Ministry is aware he exists and is in Britian and suspect he may be behind some of the above crimes, and some he hasn't committed, though they don't know his name or location, and have no real evidence of any of his crimes. Anyway, they are preoccupied with collecting Death Eaters and guarding Azkaban. Revan has scattered followers throughout the world, using them only as his eyes and ears and forbidding them to come to him or to make any hostile move. He left behind all but his most favored servants in Istanbul and Prague.
