In times like these, it is helpful to remember that there have always been times like these.

Fears are only normal. I have conquered mine for this long. I can continue to conquer them.

Diggory is a good example of a leading hufflepuff. If I recall correctly he was never put into a 'wingman' position. If I'm remembering correctly, the books said that many students looked up to him.

Don't play a character to your House, play it to that characters personality. If you want that character to be a specific House; stress Loyalty and hard-working for Hufflepuff, Creativity and Knowledge for Ravenclaw, Ambition for Slytherin and Bravery for Gryffindor.

We do need a bit more of Slytherins and Hufflepuffs, you know, to even it out. But, all in general, we need more guys.

Ha ha! You're right Kilyx! I hadn't notice how many girls there were! I thought there were a lot of guys but it's the same people who keep RPing.
Anyway I don't think Slytherins are THAT bad, I mean they just care more about themselves than other people.
Where did you hear that Tonks was in Hufflepuff? Does it say in the books?

The scariest part of growing up is knowing you'll never be young again.

...Uhm... Do we really need more guys?? I kinda like the ratio as is.... But Juliet, what I meant was that Slitherins seemed to struggle the most with their emotions... in a sense, they were the most emotional, which could explain their nearly blind passion and ambition True, Diggory was a leader, but it seems that in that case, he was 2 things: 1) Loyal to those who supported them (i.e., would do his best to not let them down) 2) Loyal to an ideal... Loyalty isn't always to a person, remember that.

I don't mind the ratio either.... but, it's not even at all so that makes me mind the ratio...

Aguila, what you said about struggle is correct. I was just getting the impression you thought Slytherins were just mean.
