I thought the fact he was going to become an Auror was obvious. And what had actually happened when the wand was used was extremely apparent if you actually followed the book.

Well Victoria has a point, she shouldn't give out that information in interviews, she should have written it in the book. People who are HP fans and are really interested but don't watch or read the interviews don't know anything about what happened in the end.

If you actually care about the question, you look it up  You can't explain everything in the books. I don't think he'd be arrested, even though he may have broken the law.  Torture and murder are against the law. God knows the Allies did it a lot against the Axis forces in World War II, but since they won, they overlooked everything they could. Russian/French/American Revolutions. All of them severely broke hundreds of laws, and if they had lost, each one of them would of been punished. But they won. |
