She has shoulder length blond hair with blue eyes most of the time. The only time her eyes turn red is when she gets mad and looses control.
She looks cute but being a creature of the night she's dangerous if angered. Normally wears muggle clothes in varying colours preferring skirts for mobility and sleeveless tops and blouses for the same reason. Always wears a black ladies leather jacket unless it would really clash with her chosen outfit. Sometimes she's casual, sometimes sexy and gothic and occasionally stylish if the occasion demands it.
Since she was young, slim and well developed in body when she was turned she still looks that way.
Occupation: Would like to do bar work in the wizarding or vampire worlds. Unoffically she'd be Lucien's eyes and ears in Britain.

Gwen started out life a typical muggle girl but growing up in a world of physical and sexual abuse. Her abusive father was the cause with her mother unable to help her daughter. So she suffered a lot of emotional damage as well as her losing her innocence at an early age.
She grew up as a frightened withdrawn girl who also suffered regular nightmares. As a result with her school grades suffered big time but she wasn't able to tell others about the hell her life was. So she also grew up friendless and finding it very hard to trust people.
When Gwen turned 16 she took a chance to run away to a life on the London streets. This leap from the frying pan led to the fire although and she ended up as a working girl until her 19th year.
Then working that balmy summer night she ran into a vampire named Lucien. He was obviously foreign sounding Romanian. What she thought was just going to be another quick job turned out to be a meal for him and the end of her mortal life. Something about Gwen must have made him sit up and take notice because she woke up again three days later in Bucharest.
It was a huge shock to her to find she'd fangs. It was an even bigger shock to find out about the wizarding world, vampires and werewolves were real and the second rise of Voldemort.
So she stayed with the long blonde haired Lucien learning some Romanian, bits of Russian and how her new life would work.
This included knife fighting and firearms training although she started with a full stocked rifle crossbow and worked her way up to a sniper rifle over the years. She dosen't even need a scope she's that good with her favoured weapon although she's untested in battle.
She paid him back by sharing his bed and after four years of the covens lessons she was sent back home. Her task being his eyes and ears in Britain.
When the battle of Hogwarts was finished and the dust settled the danger to the vampires way of life had passed. She was now fully part of a Romanian coven as well as Lucien's mate she was acquiring a lot more fluency in the language as well as learning bar tending skills. She's also able to do exotic dancing in the vampire clubs she'd worked in with oblivious mortals not knowing her true nature.
With the wizarding world rebuilding after Voldemorts defeat but the Death Eaters not out of the fight yet she wonders what the future unlife holds for her. She's returning to a Britain which still sees vampires as dark creatures but can this state of affairs change?
In 2011: Satin is still one of Revan's agents (codename : Sparrow). She suddenly found herself unemployed after the Death Eater attack on Hogsmeade and the burning down of the Hogs Head.
So after answering the MLE's questions she headed to Romania with Annabelle Roseliegh. The former student was now her lover and she honoured a promise to introduce the half vampiress to her coven. Home seemed the ideal place to return to while she decided what to do next.
She did take the chance to sharpen her combat training moving up from a dagger to a Japanese wakizashi and now uses this as her primary weapon while on missions along with a rifle crossbow. She did return to Revan and as the war has escalated its clear to her that its sometimes unclear just who your enemy is. Especially since the attempt on Revan's life and Gordon Flintock's hand being discovered in the plot.
So two years on Satin is very committed to Revan's cause and she can do more than just dirty work for him. She can also act as his admin support and PA now the cause is more political and public.
---GENERAL CHARACTER TRAITS---
Personality: Satin is a deeply flawed person and was named by Lucien because like the cloth she's named after she was lovely to look at and very cold but smooth to the touch.
She's still cold towards people but has yet to outgrow this last remnant of her old life. The hatred towards her parents who by now have probally given her up for dead still burns brightly.
Theres two persona's and what one comes out to play depends on circumstances.
The normal and the main personality is 'curious Satin'. She's a party person who loves clubbing in both vampire and mortal clubs and a pleasure seeker. Her pleasure isn't just confined to guys as she goes after girls as well even with being mated to her sire. Lucien still fills her heart and she only sees these as one night stands or dinner with benefits. When not clubbing curious Satin can open up to you and can even have an intelligent chat with you. The cold side still shows slightly but curious Satin is a quiet personality and a quietly determined huntress when she finds somebody she likes. She also understands duty to her sire and belonging to a family even if she can't show love.
The frightened puppy: This persona generally emerges after a nightmare about her old mortal life which unfortunately for Satin are fairly regular occurrences. She regresses back to a frightened teenage girl again with no willpower of her own until she's able to pull herself together. She usually does this by channeling her anger towards her parents seeing her mother as an equal partner in the physical and mental abuse since she didn't bring an end to it.
Likes: blood, dancing, club music, Rammstein, learning about mixing drinks, reading and being with other vampires. Clubbing until the sun rises and gothic style clothing.
Dislikes: her mortal parents, smokers, drugs in a blood stream, having to be up and around during the daylight hours
Habits:

Strengths:
normal vampire strengths.
Can fire automatic pistols and rifles but is more at home with a large combat knife.
Even with all she went through as a mortal she has a partial empathy with people who suffer and live horrible lives and can now talk about her old life. Just don't expect her to give you easy solutions since she dosen't sugar coat anything.
She also learns quickly and that includes languages.
Weaknesses:
All the usual vampire weaknesses. Running water, holy symbols etc.
Raging temper: When angry she loses all self control and her eyes turn red. Although her temper cools quickly the damage is usually done by then to the person who made her angry and the result isn't pretty
A troubled past: Memories of her traumatic past can sometimes overwhelm her and then she has to make a quick exit otherwise she'll do a lot of damage to others as well as the secrecy laws. Its almost like a daydream to her but is usually triggered when she empathizes with somebody with similar experiences to hers.
Soulless: Vampires can feel some emotions but not a lot of the subtler emotions like love. Her healing process has been slow as a result and she's not exactly the most subtle person emotionally as well. She's the type to throw herself on somebody if she likes them and lust is a particularly strong part of her emotional range. It can also get her into a lot of trouble.
While she can understand peoples pain she's quite blunt in dealing with them at the same time. Softness isn't part of her since she lost her innocence at an early age along with growing up in a hurry.
Perhaps too overconfident of her vampiric abilities as well as being young for a vampire to begin with.

She can't go after muggles so that only leaves wizarding folk. In short her feeding habits have to change big style now she's home again.
