Piper was born in the middle of no where. Both of her parents being British, she didn't speak a word of German. She didn't need to, if she went into town, as she so rarely did, she had a translator.
Her father was a half-blood. She never liked him much as he seemed a bit clingy and expressed his love in strange ways. He was hardly ever indoors and when he was she was forced to play terrible muggle board games and watch black and white movies. To her these things were boring and stupid. Why would you play Monopoly when there are perfectly good Wizarding Chess games out there?
Her mother didn't like it much either. She was the pure-blood influence on Piper when she was growing up. Piper's mom had liked the enthusiasm and spirit of her husband and that's why she marred him. He was suppose to 'keep her on her toes'. But as time went on he became more and more attached to muggle things.
When Piper turned eight, she showed her first signs of magic and that's when Piper's mother began to drill into her that this magic was what made her important and anyone without magical ability was not worth anything. Piper's dad didn't like these teaching but being outside with his cows all the time, he didn't realize they were going on.
Around two years later, Piper was about to turn 10, Piper's father was killed in a terrible car accident. He was on his way back from the air port, he'd gone to Diagon Alley, when an 18-wheeler ran a red-light and crushed his car.
"If only he had used the Floo-Network" was her mother's only response. She didn't cry or show remorse in any way. The only difference was that they soon moved back to the UK. Piper learned from this incident that you must have a cold heart or else risk being hurt.
Not 2 years later, Piper was on the Hogwarts Express. She was sorted into Slytherin and was one of the girls who clung to the 'Head Slytherin', basically the top dog. She was popular among other Slytherins and hated among the other houses. This was a reality she loved dearly. The idea of hatred was exciting.
Piper graduated Hogwarts and found her love in cooking. Not only that but being in charge of something. The power she held in the kitchen was something she'd never felt before and it made her ruthless in everything else.
She work in multiple kitchens, strictly wizarding restaurants, around the world but never got that feeling of power until she opened her open wizarding restaurant in Hogsmeade just before the Dark lord rose to power again. She was intrigued by his ideas and was very supportive of his motives. She aided financially whenever she could and even tried to walk amongst them as a friend but wasn't accepted as a full Death Eater before his reign ended with a 'bang.' Because she had never been considered one of them she wasn't captured and merely returned to her restaurant to bide her time.
Personality:
As cute and girly as Piper might look her personality is very twisted, evil almost. She has a terrible hate of muggles and thinks that their dominence over the world is an outrageous idea. "Charles Darwin, a miggle himself, even stated that the strongest will survive. We are the strongest so why not show it?" As a result she is quite showy and never showed an interest in the law of secrecy. It helped, I suppose, that she was never in muggle areas very ofter having lived on a ranch in the middle of Germany for a great bulk of her life. Her father, a half-blood, liked farming and all of that so she was forced to live somewhere "suitable for agriculture", in reality, she didn't know a word of German having never associated herself with the German world.
