Creating a Will

If you wish to create a Will for your character, simply do it all up however you like, and post it here in the form of a reply, where a copy will be kept and will be followed in the instance of your character's death.

Note: The ministry has the authority to investigate wills if they are believed to contain dark objects.

This is the last will and testament of Arabella Cassia Burke.

In a right mind and knowing fully what I am doing bequeath my possessions as follows:

My Gringott's account will stay in trust for my children who will be able to access it after my death. Fully ownership of the vault will be transferred to them when they achieve the age of majority with my husband Sebastian Burke being the trustee.

My library shall be donated to to Hogswarts School of Wizardry and Witchcraft so future generations can learn from them.

Everything else shall go to my husband.
