Satin always found muggle London brought a smile to her face. Even with the memories that city brought back to her. She hadn't always had the better life she had now. In fact she'd been a working girl prior to being turned and those streets round the tourist spots she'd walked was her place of work for a few years. A job that had nearly gotten her killed a few times but that was a concrete jungle for you.
She could still blend into that muggle world and had taken in a few drinks and a walk in her muggle gear. A denim skirt just short of a knee length with black tights, a sleeveless black blouse and a blue denim jacket with her favoured boots was what she felt the most comfortable in when she didn't wear jeans.
Now back in the Leaky Cauldron people could see it had been raining heavily. Not that cold or wetness bothered her; she didn't felt much in the way of cold or heat and the jacket was just for show. It still was soaked and she slipped the sodden jacket off after she entered the bar. As usual her short dagger was hidden under her skirt as she adjusted her strappy handbag again. Had she been a witch she'd have just used a drying charm but magic had always been beyond her. She had been a muggle when she was turned; so never had magic in the first place.
Strolling up to the bar she smiled seeking service. She'd drunk a muggle beer or two but she felt just as home with a wizarding ale and a tankard. She'd poured quite a few tankards of wizarding drinks in her short time in the Hogs Head. Finding a gap at the bar she waited looking as if she belonged here. Her pale complexion meant she couldn't have been anything other than a vampire.
