- To have an active plot, in a certain timeframe, that makes sense.
- To have a world outside of the education.
- To have Quidditch that works.
- To fill all classes.
- To have a form of 'NPC' status using Moderator Control.
- LONG-TERM: To have active schools for different nations. Once Hogwarts has become active, and only once (if) it has, Beauxbatons/Durmstrang will be considered for opening, and hopefully other schools later on. Step by step.
- To have reasonable characters with reasonable powers.
- To have active staff.
OVERALL: To try and perfect the balance between controlled and creative, a roleplay that both works and is fun to be in, and can cope with the struggles that Harry Potter RP typically faces.
