Skype a great piece of instant messaging software that has excellent group chat controls, and makes free internet voice/video calls really simple (unlike MSN, which anyone who has attempted to call someone else on will likely recall it being a pain in the butt)
We've been using it for our staff chat since before the site opened, and more recently created a public chat for all of the members. All of the staff are there, and a few of you guys already.
Download the software (it's worth it), sign up, and then join our group chat by clicking here. If you're having trouble getting the link to work, send me a PM with your username and I'll add you to the chat manually.
